Paix
Richmond’s Paix (meaning “peace”) began as a mobile espresso cart and evolved into a mindful roastery dedicated to craft, community, and intention. Paix sources coffees from expertly chosen single‑origin estates and takes care to refine every detail, from brewing water minerals to roast profiles . Their founders, Danny and Seth, value close relationships with producers and focus on coffees that excite them—roasting only what “blows us away”. With each brew, Paix offers something soulful, grounded, and thoroughly intentional.
Duck Rabbit Coffee
Cleveland‑based Duck Rabbit Coffee brings a quiet intentionality to everything they do—from the way they roast to how they source. Through their farm gate model, they pay producers directly, often well above Fair Trade prices, ensuring both transparency and impact. Their rotating menu highlights unique and rare coffees, each with a story that honors the farmer behind it. We’re drawn to their thoughtful approach and the way they celebrate subtlety, place, and process—making each cup not just something to drink, but something to discover.
